Building Connections, Inspiring Creativity, and Promoting Mental Well-Being
October 14, 2026 | Gulf Drug Corporate Office
As part of Gulf Drug’s continuous commitment to fostering a healthy, supportive, and people-centered workplace, the Building Well-Being: LEGO Reflection Activity was held on October 14, 2026, at the Gulf Drug Corporate Office.
The initiative highlighted an important message: Employee well-being goes beyond physical health. It also involves mental wellness, emotional resilience, meaningful connections, and a sense of belonging.
Through a creative and interactive LEGO-building experience, team members were encouraged to take a break from their daily routines, express their thoughts, reflect on their personal well-being, and connect with colleagues in a relaxed and engaging environment.
The activity demonstrated how simple, hands-on experiences can encourage mindfulness, stimulate creativity, strengthen communication, and create opportunities for meaningful conversations. Each LEGO creation served as a reflection of individual perspectives, reminding participants that everyone experiences challenges differently and that building a supportive workplace requires understanding, empathy, and teamwork.
Beyond the activity itself, Building Well-Being reinforced Gulf Drug’s commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel heard, valued, connected, and emotionally supported.
Just like LEGO pieces, every individual brings unique strengths and perspectives. When these are brought together, they create something stronger and more meaningful.
At Gulf Drug, we believe that building a healthier workplace starts with building stronger connections among our people.
Because well-being is not just about feeling good physically — it is about feeling supported mentally, connected emotionally, and valued as part of one team.
Together, We Build. Together, We Connect. Together, We Thrive.
