The engineer provides technical support for software and hardware installations, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and end-user training. Working closely with clinical, IT, and vendor teams, the Service Engineer ensures optimal system performance, data security, and compliance with healthcare IT standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in healthcare IT systems or medical device connectivity (preferred).
Strong understanding of networking, databases, and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM).
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.
