The role ensures accurate record-keeping of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, inventory records, and supplier documents while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. The Document Controller supports efficient procurement and inventory operations by ensuring timely document processing, tracking, and secure document control.

Promotes and provides technical expertise on specialty medical supplies and equipment by supporting product demonstrations, customer training, sales activities, and clinical applications.
