Job Description :

Responsible for maintaining accurate and organized documentation to support procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations. The role manages purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, contracts, supplier records, and inventory documentation, ensuring all documents are properly recorded, updated, and archived in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Document Controller coordinates with procurement, warehouse, finance, and supplier teams to ensure timely document processing, tracks document revisions and approvals, maintains confidentiality of records, and supports internal and external audits. The role also monitors document compliance, prepares reports, assists with inventory and supply chain documentation, and contributes to the efficient flow of medical equipment and medical supplies across the organization.

Skill Requirements:
  • Knowledge of document control processes and records management.
  • Understanding of procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with medical supplies, medical equipment, and warehouse documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management/ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and filing skills.
