G.R.O.W Session 

In 2025, the program focused on three critical capability areas: stress management, effective communication, and emotional intelligence—skills essential for thriving in today’s fast-paced healthcare environment.

What made the G.R.O.W. Program truly impactful was its focus on real leaders, real stories, and real growth. Senior leaders and managers from across Gulf Drug shared their personal journeys, challenges, and lessons learned, creating an open and relatable learning environment. Through interactive sessions, practical discussions, and real-life workplace scenarios, participants gained valuable insights into managing pressure, communicating with clarity and empathy, and building stronger professional relationships.
