On 27 August 2026, Gulf Drug proudly celebrated Emirati Women’s Day at Knowledge Village, in an inspiring celebration led by the Emiratisation Team.

Guided by this year’s theme, “Together, We Rise Stronger and Better,” the celebration was more than a recognition of Emirati women; it was an opportunity to connect, learn, share and inspire.

A key highlight was our guest speaker, Buthaina Alabdouli, Founder & Director of (& Beyond), who shared inspiring insights and reflections on the journey and impact of Emirati women. Her contribution encouraged attendees to embrace opportunities, recognize their potential, and support one another.

The event also proudly showcased the talent within our own Emirati community. Eng. Alhanouf Alsheraifi led an engaging session, while Eng. Moza Alzaabi facilitated an interactive workshop, creating opportunities for colleagues to learn, participate, and exchange ideas.

The strong engagement and positive response from attendees brought the theme to life, creating an atmosphere of connection, collaboration, and shared pride. By giving Emirati colleagues a platform to lead, share their expertise and inspire others, the celebration reflected the true meaning of empowerment.
