Following the successful completion of the first phase of Maseera Batch 3 Advanced, participants have concluded their foundational development journey through Communication Skills, Business Writing, and Presentation Skills & Public Speaking training programmes. These sessions have equipped participants with essential professional communication and presentation capabilities, strengthening their confidence and effectiveness in the workplace.
Building on the success of the previous Maseera cohorts (2024–2025) and in line with management’s vision for continuous growth and capability building, Maseera Batch 3 Advanced officially commenced on 1 July 2026.
This year also marks a significant milestone, as the Emiratisation team expanded the programme for the first time to include selected non-Emirati employees. This initiative reflects the organisation’s continued commitment to developing high-potential talent, fostering stronger ownership, productivity, leadership capability, and overall business impact across the organisation.
