We are pleased to advise you that we have successfully renewed our group medical insurance coverage for the policy year 2024-2025. The group plan remained with Qatar Insurance Company through NAS as the Third Party Administrator (TPA). Medical insurance coverage is linked to your Emirates ID and E-card is also available in myNAS Mobile Application.

1. myNAS- As a part of our go green and go digital initiative you will no longer require a physical card to visit any medical facilities and seek treatment within your network coverage. Emirates ID can be used as it linked to your health card or your E-card in myNAS mobile application. Please click the link below for the User’s guide. In case you are unable to access myNAS App kindly, call 800 2311 to reset your credentials.
