Please describe your typical working day at Gulf Drug.
My day usually starts with reviewing warehouse and distribution priorities to ensure smooth operations. I work closely with the team to coordinate deliveries, manage inventory flow, and address any operational challenges. Every day is about collaboration—ensuring that our Supply Chain supports the business by delivering products on time, safely, and efficiently.
What is your biggest accomplishment while working for Gulf Drug?
My biggest accomplishment is being part of the Supply Chain team that consistently supports Gulf Drug’s growth over the years. From expanding operations to improving efficiency and service levels, knowing that our work directly supports customers, partners, and patients is extremely rewarding.
What have you been working on recently?
Recently, I’ve been focused on improving operational processes, supporting team development, and ensuring we continue to meet high standards in warehouse and distribution operations. Strengthening coordination within the Supply Chain helps us remain reliable, even during peak demand.
Is there any work or achievement you’re particularly proud of? Why?
I am proud of the role I’ve played in maintaining consistency and reliability in Supply Chain operations. Over the years, adapting to change while keeping service uninterrupted has been a major achievement, and it reflects the strength of our teamwork.
Any interesting success stories to share?
One of the most memorable success stories is how the Supply Chain team consistently rises to challenges during high-pressure periods. Whether it’s meeting urgent customer needs or supporting business expansion, teamwork and commitment always ensure success.
What’s your biggest challenge right now?
The biggest challenge is keeping pace with growing operational demands while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency. However, with strong teamwork and continuous improvement, these challenges become opportunities.
What motivates you at work?
What motivates me most is being part of a team that plays a critical role in Gulf Drug’s success. Knowing that our work supports the healthcare sector and impacts lives gives purpose to what we do every day.
When and how did you join Gulf Drug?
I joined Gulf Drug 20 years ago with the opportunity to grow within the Supply Chain function. From the beginning, the company provided a supportive environment that encouraged learning, responsibility, and long-term commitment.
