4–6 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare supplies industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of medical instruments, consumables, and healthcare procurement processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
