As part of Gulf Drug’s commitment to building a resilient and future-ready organisation, our Line Managers recently participated in a Leadership Training held last week under the Business Continuity Ambassador Program.
The programme was designed to equip leaders with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively respond to operational disruptions, manage risks, and ensure the continuity of critical business functions. Through interactive discussions and real-world scenarios, participants strengthened their decision-making, crisis management, communication, and leadership capabilities—essential qualities for maintaining business resilience in an ever-changing environment.
