On September 9 and 10, 2026, our team members successfully completed the Leading High-Performance Teams training, an important development initiative designed to strengthen leadership capabilities, collaboration, accountability, and team effectiveness across the organization.
The training has particular relevance to our team members’ role as Business Continuity Ambassadors. Business continuity is not only about having plans and procedures in place—it also depends on people who can remain focused, communicate effectively, make sound decisions, and work together when faced with challenges, disruptions, or unexpected situations.
Through the Leading High-Performance Teams program, participants strengthened key competencies that directly support business continuity, including effective communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, problem-solving, accountability, and maintaining team performance under changing circumstances.
As Business Continuity Ambassadors, these team members can help promote greater awareness and preparedness within their respective departments. By applying the leadership principles gained from the training, they can support their colleagues, encourage collaboration, communicate effectively during critical situations, and contribute to maintaining essential operations when challenges arise.
