Following the success of previous Maseera cohorts 2024-2025 and in line with management’s vision for continuous growth and capability building, we are pleased to launch Maseera Batch 3 Advanced, commencing on 1st July 2026.
This year, Emiratisation is expanding Maseera for the first time to include selected non-Emirati employees, further investing in the development of high-potential talent who can contribute to stronger productivity, ownership, performance, and business impact across the organization.
The program will run over a three-month period through two development tracks:
Maseera Advanced Program (Face-to-Face Learning): Wednesdays & Thursdays | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
A strategic development journey focused on enhancing performance, professional and personal growth through a blended learning approach and a practical innovation project.
Maseera Microlearning Program (Online via SafetyCulture Platform): Fridays | Duration of 15-20 minutes Flexible Online Micro-Learning
Microlearning delivers short, practical learning modules that enhance performance, knowledge retention, and continuous development.
