The position also provides continuous technical support to the sales team by analyzing customer requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and advising on quotations. Additionally, it includes coordinating with suppliers for technical clarifications and pricing, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring proper documentation such as ordering files and LPO preparation, all while maintaining close follow-up on tender activities.
